Formed by David Pearce and Rachel Brook, FSA's "rural psychdelia", a heavy mixture of krautrock, shoegaze, folk, psychedelia and atom-splitting guitar noise, commenced flowing out of Bristol UK around 1992 on labels including VHF, Domino and Drag City. Rachel left in 1995 to focus on Movietone; David soldiered on to the millennium before a long silence fell, broken in 2015 with Instrumentals 2015.
